Commissioning
4.2.1
Switching on
A pressing and holding of the on/ off button for about 1s, will switch on the device and a Start-
Up sequence will appear on the display. Pressing the button again will switch off the device
4.2.2
Louder/ quieter
With the volume increase and decrease buttons the volume in the sensitivity can be increased or
respectively decreased in 16 steps. By pressing and holding the respective button, the value will
automatically increase or decrease.
4.2.3
Laser
The integrated laser pointer can be switched on or off with the laser on/ off button. In the on state, a
laser warning symbol will appear in the display. In the off state, the triangle will remain grey.
4.3
Display
The display elements are shown and described in the following picture.
1. Signal level display in dB
2. Bar graph display of the received signal level (60dB max.)
3. Bar graph for the selected sensitivity (16 levels)
4. Display laser on/ off
5. Battery level and voltage
