Gain Switch  

 
Table  2  illustrates  the  proper  Gain  switch  settings  on  switch  block  SW2  (shown  in  Figure  4)  based  on  the  input 
signal from the sensor with which it is used.  Set each of the four switches to either 1 (ON) or 0 (OFF) according to 
the sensor’s excitation voltage and sensitivity.

Mounting 

 

To mount the Series 8162 signal conditioner, reference the hole patterns in Figure 2 for specific dimensions.   Figure 
3 illustrates the exterior dimensions of the conditioner.  Dimensions are expressed in inches (millimeters).
