COMPATIBLE CHEMICALS
USER RESPONSIBILITY
•
The Pax-50 Electrostatic Sprayer is compatible for use with most water-thin chemicals.
•
Before using any chemical, please refer to the chemical manufacturer’s label or EPA website to verify it
has been approved for battery powered and electrostatic sprayer application.
•
Always refer to the chemical manufacturer’s label to confirm a chemical’s suitability for your intended
application.
•
Never use bleach, alcohol-based chemicals, chlorine, hypochlorous acid, hydrogen peroxide, tablets,
powder, or abrasive chemicals.
•
Never combine chemicals.
Troubleshooting
Symptom
Potential Cause
Remedy
No spray
Clogged filter tip
Remove the filter tip from the hose and turn on the sprayer, if it works,
gently remove the mesh screen, and clean any debris.
Empty battery
Make sure the battery is charged by pugging it into the charger.
Clogged nozzle
If all the above steps do not solve the problem, the nozzle may be
clogged. Refer to the next section to clean it.
Irregular spray
Dirty nozzle
Use a fine needle to free any foreign material clogging or restricting
the nozzle.
Using an air compressor, blow air into the nozzle through the front.
Remove the nozzle, using a plyer remove the plastic cylinder inside.
Soak the all the parts in soapy water then blow out the nozzle with an
air compressor.
Does not charge Dead charger
Plug the charger in the wall outlet. Verify if the light is a solid green.
Dead Pax
Plug the charger in the unit, verify that the light on the charger has
turned red.
Damaged charging port
If the light does not turn red or does not light up at all then the charger
is defective. Please contact us to get a replacement. If the charger is
not defective continue to the next step.
Visually verify the charging port on the Pax sprayer for any damage. If
so, contact us for a repair.
With the sprayer plugged in, verify that the LED light on the side is
flashing. If they are not contact us.
Does not start
Dead battery
Plug the unit to make sure it is charged. When charged, unplug, and try
again.
When pressing the button, make sure the LED lights on the side turn
on.
