Familiarise yourself with this products application and limitations, as well as the specific potential hazards peculiar to the spray gun.
Paint cup remains pressurised after gun is disconnected from air line.

Maintain the spray gun in good condition (use an authorised service agent). Replace or repair damaged parts.

Use recommended parts only. non authorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

ensure there is adequate ventilation and lighting.

Ensure the air system is suitable to the spray gun air consumption, (see specifications).

Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings, and other loose jewellery, and tie back long hair.

Avoid unintentional operation. When not in use switch the spray gun off, and disconnect from the air supply.

5.1.
empty contents from the product carton on to a tray or bench. In the unlikely event
of missing or damaged parts, inform your Sealey stockist immediately.
5.2.
The spray gun has been treated with an anti corrosive agent at the factory and MUST be flushed out thoroughly before use.
5.3.
Ensure the strainer, item 3 fig.1, is inserted into the gun port with the stem outermost for easy removal.
5.4.
Fit the pot and selected spray head, hand tight only.
