Mounting
1. Align the trough and screw it onto the wall (for ground mounting: align the legs and fix them with bolts to the ground)
2. Install the drainage plug and tighten it well for more tension
3. Fix the drainage tube (tube DN 125)
4. Connect the valve body, the lever and the angle bracket
valve can be installed alternatively from the right or the left side of the trough
5. Connect the water supply line ¾"
water connection can be done alternatively from beneath or from the side (consider the norm DIN 1988 / DIN EN 1717)
water pressure max. 5 bar (73 psi).
Attention!
Flush water line well before you connect the trough! If dirty water (sand, suspended matters) is given, SUEVIA preliminary filter
(101.0487) must be installed before the trough drinker.

6. Fix the frost protection guard (see an additional mounting instructions)
7. Fix the heating element. Connect it to the electricity means of a transformer (see an additional mounting instructions)
8. Install the bite protection plate to protect the connections (131.6090)
9. Fix the circuit pipe ¾" (131.6064) or 1" (131.6110, 131.6111, 131.6112, 131.6113) to the water circuit (see the mounting instructions of the
heating unit and of the circuit pipe
10. To ensure a frost-free feed pipe, wrap a frost protection heating cable around the pipe. Connect it to the electricity means of a transformer.
11. The power supply cable, the heating cable and the insulation have to be protected against bites of animals or damages
