
Training with the pedal bike
The crankshaft can be used in two ways:
1. You can bend the handlebars horizontally.
2. You could bend the steering wheel with a 60-degree inclination
angle. The inclination angle of 60 degrees can be seen in the left
part of the deformation and the right part shows the horizontal state.
Both steering positions can be used as desired. Turn the left/right
Rotation Unit button (No. 3 /No. 4)
4) Against the clockwise and untie him. Then turn the rotary knob
(No. 17) in arrow direction so that the crank anchor is horizontal or
with a 60-degree inclination angle (depending on training needs).
Then turn the knob on the left/right rotation unit(No. 3/No.4)
clockwise. The height of the crankshaft of this product can be
adjusted according to the actual needs of the user. You can set it at
eight different heights. If you screw the elastic stopper (No. 1)
against the clockwise to loosen and pull it out the adjustable stitch
post can be moved up and down. Set a suitable position for you.
However, the device may not be used again until the elastic stopper
(No. 1) has been bolted clockwise. For convenient storage, you can
lower the adjustable plunger (No. 8) and then tighten the elastic
stopper (No. 1) so that the line can be kept as space-saving as
possible.
Important safety instructions
Read all the instructions carefully before using the product. Misuse
or misuse may result in injury. The maximum permissible weight of
the product is 120 kg (265 lbs).
Before starting the training program, you should consult your doctor
to determine whether you have any physical or health problems that
pose a risk to your health and safety or could prevent you from using
the device properly. Your doctor's advice is important if you are
taking medicines that affect your heart rate, blood pressure or
cholesterol levels.
Use the straight line on a solid, flat surface with a protective cover
for your floor or carpet. For safety reasons, the line around it should
have at least 0.5m (20inch) free space.
Keep children and animals away from the product. The enthusiasm
of children can lead to misuse of the product. If children use the
product, they should do so only under the supervision of an adult
with instructions on the proper use of the product. Under no
circumstances may the product be used as a toy. Use this product
only for the intended purpose.
The device is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
Check before using the straightener whether all screws and nuts as
well as some parts such as pedals etc. are strongly dressed. The
safety of this line can only be maintained if it is regularly challenged
by big for damage and/or wear.
Wear suitable clothes while using the rack. Avoid wearing loose
clothes that can get caught in a straight line or get sick or prevent
movement.
This product is designed for a single user. Make sure that no more
than one person trains on it at the same time.
Be careful how your body reacts after using the product. Dizziness is
a sign that you have been working too hard. Take a break in case of
dizziness and stretch out on the floor. Don't try to get back on your
feet before the dizziness ends.
Packaging materials should not be used as toys by children to
prevent injuries, including suffocation. Store the package in a safe
place outside the reach of children and pets.
Please do not change the product. Repairs may only be carried out
by qualified authorized technicians.
Keep the product away from water, high humidity, high temperatures
and direct sunlight.. Make sure the button is firmly attached before
the training starts.
Warning: The level of safety of the line can only be met if it is used
regularly. Replace defective components immediately and/ or hold
the line until repair is in operation. Pay particular attention to the
most sensitive components.
