The knitting tech n iq ues
On the following pages you will find the needle diagrams and lock settings for all
knitting techniques that are stored in the memory.
When you use techniques that do not knit with all the needles
you can see here
which are the needles that will work and which needles will not work.
The middle of the needle bed will be indicated by an arrow + .
These diagrams do not mean that you actually have to push the corresponding
needles and pushers in the out of working position. The needles and pushers can
remain in the working position but there will be no stitches on these needles.
The mechanical lock settings
There are three lock settings that are purely mechanical. This means you can knit
with these lock settings, when you have switched on the electricity, before having
aknowledged the START POSITION by pressing ENT.
You can knit without power if you move the locks by hand over the needle beds
.
You only have to bring the needles in working position.
When you knit with the mechanical lock settings, the position of the pushers is not
relevant.
