Redial
– This button redials the number that was last dialed. Selecting the up or
down arrows (on silver disk) will scroll through a list or recently dialed numbers.

Help Desk
– This button connects you directly with Pason Technical Support.
4.
Directory
– This button is allows you to enter personal speed dial numbers for
future use. To program personal speed dial numbers, see Section 4.4.

:
These numbers are not deleted unless the phone is reset to factory default (not
recommended) or each one is manually deleted. The settings do not transfer to a new
phone if it is replaced for any reason.

Hold
– While on a call this button can be used to put a caller on hold. To take the
caller off hold, simply push the button again. The light beside the button will be
on when the feature is activated.
6.
Mute
– This button is used while on a call to stop the other party from being able
to hear your voice. To take off the mute simply select the button again. The light
beside the button will be on when the feature is activated.
4.3 Voice Mail
Accessing your Voice Mail System
A new voice mail is indicated in three ways.
1. A stutter tone is first heard when you pick up the handset.
2. The
Message
light on the phone flashes.
3.
V-Mail
is displayed on the phone screen.
There are three methods of retrieving Voice Mails:
1. Select the
VM
function key.

You will be placed directly into your Voice Mail box without having to enter in
your password.
2. Lift the handset of your VoIP phone and dial *410200.
3. Lift the handset of your VoIP phone and dial 1-866-806-8499. This number can
also be used to access your Voice Mail from other phones such as your home
phone.
a) When prompted, enter in your phone/mailbox number (example “403-123-
4567”) followed by the

key, then enter your PIN number (default “1234”)
followed by the
#
key.
