Troubleshooting
Question – My phone says “Ethernet Cable Unplugged”
This issue is caused by a physical connection problem between the phone and the
workstation or the hub/switch. The most likely cause is that the network cable is
unplugged or not plugged into the correct port (either on the VoIP phone or the
workstation). In some cases the cable itself might be damaged.
