Thermostat
1.
Remove the thermostat cover and thermostat.
2.
Hang the thermostat in a container with water.
3.
Heat the container.
4.
Check the valve open height under the specified water temperatures. If out of order, change it.

Fit on the thermostat and thermostat cover, then tighten the screws to specification.

When you service, always wear safety glasses and gloves. To prevent accidental start of the engine,
remove the spark plug cap and remove stopper hang rope from stop switch assembly.
