ATTENTION:
1. If the vehicle is parked for more than 2 months, turn off the solar battery unit switch to disable the camera
and prevent the battery from discharging. (Refer to image on next page).
2. If you use a power bank or a jump starter to charge the device, make sure that its battery capacity is no
less than 4000mAH.
2.2 TESTING THE SYSTEM
To ensure that all components are working properly, please test
the system before connecting the components to the vehicle.
1. When the monitor is powered ON, the Wake Up light will
indicate that the monitor is on and ready to work.
2. Turn ON the solar battery unit switch of the rear camera.
This switch is only used for storage purposes in order to
prevent a deep discharge of the battery. When the rear
camera is installed on the number plate there is no access to the power switch as it is obscured by the
licence plate.
NOTE:
The switch is protected by a rubber cover. It is a slide-switch (not a button or rocker switch).
3. Adjust the camera angle by loosening the two screws and adjust the camera angle to the desired position.
Check the angle of the camera by holding the camera to the planned mounting spot on the licence plate.
4. Tighten the screws again when finished.
NOTE:
• By default, the monitor will stop displaying images and enter standby mode after 60 seconds.
Display time can be changed by referring to section "Monitor Operation" on page 12.
