With the “Basic Filter Package” dryers, open manual ball valves on filters to allow full
depressurization. Leave ball valves on filters open while servicing. Without the “Basic Filter
Package”, close control air filter off. Remove nylon tubing from control air filter or any control
solenoid. Reopen control air filter to fully depressurize. Leave control tubing off while servicing.
To restart, follow “Start-Up” procedure. IMPORTANT! Always remove all pressure and disconnect
all power before servicing the dryer.
IMPORTANT!
If DDS is installed and the dryer will be out of service for an extended period of time,
remove the probe and store in a safe, dry location. The probe will be damaged if exposed to prolonged
periods of saturated conditions.
