To guarantee the optimum efficiency of the nitrogen and dry air membranes it is recommended that
the ALIGN Multi-Gas Generator be run at or below the recommended pressure and flow for each of
the outlet gases, as laid out in the Technical Specifications, Section 3.2.
3 DESCRIPTION
The ALIGN Multi-Gas Generator is intended to supply lab-grade nitrogen, dry air and zero air to
LC-MS and other instrumentation systems within a laboratory setting.
3.1 Intended Use
This specification is valid when the equipment is located, installed, operated, and maintained as
specified within this manual.
