Differential pressure indicator is stuck after pressure surge
A pressure surge causes the differential pressure gauge indicator to become stuck outside
the red/green scale range. Pressure surges may occur, when valves are opened
suddenly. Contact the manufacturer if you experience a frequent occurrence of such
pressure surges.
Warning!
Following a pressure surge, the filter elements should be checked for damage and
replaced if necessary.
Remove the plexiglass screen at the side of the gauge where the indicator is stuck on
the boss outside the red zone. Use a small screw driver to lift off the screen.
Carefully lift the indicator across the boss.
Refit the plexiglass screen.
Insufficient filtration capacity
If the filtration capacity is insufficient, although the filter element was replaced at the
correct intervals, then the ambient conditions of use or throughput rates may not have
been matched to the filter used. Contact the manufacturer.
Accessories
Various options are available for the micro filter :
Differential pressure gauges
with/without a potential-free contact (not available for
G 2).
Manual drain valve or automatic condensate drain.
Electronic condensate drains: The condensate is collected and drained under
electronic control and monitoring.
Oil testing indicator measures spray and mist type oil components in compressed air
and gases.
Brackets
for wall mounting.
Filter combination kits
