Open the maintenance door.

Lift the paper protection.

Remove the extremity of the ticket roll from the printer.

Remove the potential paper scraps stuck in the printer.
D.
Cut the extremity of the ticket roll damaged by the paper jam.
E.
Insert the extremity of the ticket roll in the printer guide and gently push the paper until it reaches its
end stop.
F.
Reinstall the paper protection.
G.
Print a test ticket (function 211) to check the operation of the printer and adjust the first ticket
position.
H.
Close the maintenance door.
