5 MAINTENANCE
5-1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

BEFORE PROCEEDING ANY HANDLING OF THE MATERIAL, IT MUST BE ENSURE THAT THE
POWER SUPPLY IS REMOVED AND THAT THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF UNINTENDED START-
UP. WE RECOMMEND TO CLOSE THE PROXIMITY SWITCH.

Periodic maintenance is essential to keep the unit
in perfect working order both in terms of function
and energy.
The maintenance plan to be observed by the
Technical Assistance Center, on an annual basis,
includes the following operations and checks:
- Periodic cleaning of the water filter inside the
MCW 2.0 unit.
- Periodic cleaning of the air filter (fan unit).
- Safety efficiency.
- Electricity supply voltage.
- Electric absorption.
- Tightening of electrical and hydraulic connections.
- Check working pressures, overheating and under
cooling.
