The warranty service is performed in such a way that defective parts shall
be repaired free of charge at our discretion or replaced by perfect parts.
Devices for which the warranty service is used must be sent to us.
If devices supplied by us are installed into other fixed third-party devices or
if several devices supplied by us are assembled to form one fixed device, the
devices supplied by us must be removed and send back to us in order to claim
the warranty. Proof of purchase with the purchase and / or delivery date must
be provided. Replaced parts shall become our property.

If we reject the repair or it fails, an equivalent replacement shall be sup-
plied free of charge.

Warranty services shall not represent either an extension of the 36-month
warranty period or the initiation of a new warranty period. The warranty
period for installed replacement parts concludes at the same time as the
warranty period for the whole device.

Additional or other claims, particularly those for replacement due to da-
mage caused outside of the device, are not included in this warranty. The-
se warranty conditions apply to devices purchased in Germany. Our devices
comply with the statutory requirements in Germany. No warranty is granted
for our devices being used in other countries outside of Germany. If devices
that meet the technical requirements (e.g. voltage, etc.) for the correspon-
ding country and are suitable for the respective climatic and environmental
conditions there are taken abroad, these warranty conditions shall remain
unchanged.
There is no warranty for devices purchased outside the EU.
