7-1 Raise the tank housing cover and place on the post plate as

thread direction – Hand tighten securely using quick connect turn

NEVER CONNECT AN UNREGULATED GAS SUPPLY TO THE HEATER

Periodically check the whole system for leaks or if the smell of gas is detected.

For best results, the heater must be checked with a full cylinder.

Do not use the heater until all connections have been leak tested and are sound.

Only those parts recommended by the manufacturer should be used. Substitution can void the warranty.

GAS REQUIREMENTS
Maximum inlet pressure to propane regulator must not exceed 125 P.S.I.

A minimum supply pressure of 11.0 W.C. is required for the purpose of input adjustment for propane gas.

The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the appliance MUST be used. Replacement pressure

The installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with National Fuel Gas code,

ANSI/NFPA 58 or ANSI Z233.1-1998. (Canada – CAN/CGA-B149.1 & 2-M86)

Inspect the gas hose before each use of the appliance.

The hose/regulator assembly must be REPLACED prior to the

appliance being put into operation if there is evidence of exces-
sive abrasion or wear, or if the hose is damaged.
Any replacement assembly must meet original equipment
