9. IAD Profiles and IADs Provisioning

Select the Protection Group that the IAD is assigned from the

ATM

Protection Group

drop-down list.

Type the VPI value between 0 to 255 in the

VPI

VCI

field. This identifies the

subscriber-specific virtual circuit between the CPX-1000 and the
ATM network.

If VPI is 0, then the VCI range is 32 to 1023.

If VPI is >0, then the VCI range is 0 to 1023. (Refer to
