Reference
Each command in the command line interface is described below, in
alphabetic order.
exit
Description.
Quits the command line interface and returns to the menu
system.
exit
ping
Description.
Pings an IP address. The IP address must be on the same
subnet. Press Escape to premature halt the test. Upon termination,
displays a summary table.
ping <IP address> (size) (tries)
IP address
IP address of destination in octal format (999.999.999.999)
size
Packet size, in number of bytes (0-1450, default 32)
tries
Number of attempts (0-1000, 0 is continuous; default 4 tries)
quit
Description.
Quits the command line interface and returns to the menu
interface.
rename file
Description.
Changes the name of a file.
rename file <old name> <new name>
old name
File name of existing file
new name
New name of file.
