Viewing Network Error Statistics
The Model 7986 Standalone Termination Unit maintains error statistics on the
network DSL interface for port 1. Statistics are maintained for up to 96 15-minute
intervals (24 hours).
To view the Network Error Statistics, follow this menu selection sequence:

Network Error Statistics are collected for:
H
ES (Errored Seconds): Seconds during which one or more ESF error event
occurred.
H
SES (Severely Errored Seconds): Seconds during which more than
320 cyclic redundancy check (CRC) error events or at least one Out of Frame
(OOF) event occurred.
H
FEBE (Far End Block Errors): Errors reported by the remote equipment.
H
Complete: Whether the interval register contains data for a complete
900-second interval.
