HOW TO PROGRAM

Press the [

CLEAR

] key at any time to revert to the preceding

step, unless entering data, in which case you will remain
in the section and the current data entry will be erased.

3.1.1 Step 1 - Enter the Programming Mode
When in "Normal Mode", the red LED on the Parakey
Receiver flashes on and off at 2-second intervals. To
enter the Programming Mode, press the "

PROG

" button

located on the Parakey Receiver. The program keypad
will beep once, the red LED will flash and the keypad's
"

READY

" light will illuminate.

If at any time you wait longer than 2 minutes
between each key entry, the Parakey will
automatically exit the Programming Mode. 

3.1.2 Step 2 - Key in Installer Code
Press [

ENTER

] and key in the [

INSTALLER CODE

]. The [

ENTER

]

key will flash. Default installer code: [757575]

3.1.3 Step 3 - Key in Desired Section 
Key in the desired 2-digit [

SECTION

] you wish to program.

The [

ENTER

] key will remain illuminated. The [2

ND

key will

flash if the current section is empty. Pressing the [2

ND

]

key followed by the [

ENTER

key will clear the contents of

the current section.

3.1.4 Step 4 - Key in the required data
