Set the paper feed pressure
adjust knob to “Thick paper”.
The paper is either glossy, too
thick or too thin.
Try using regular copy paper.
If that works, change the
paper to one that works.
The paper does not fold
at the proper position.
The paper fold plate is not
installed properly
Reinstall the paper fold plate
properly.
