Flexible radar speed testing setting is on

The detecting radar determines whether or not
the voice broadcasting will be used according to
the driving speed (for example: if 60km/h is set
and its driving speed is lower than 60km/h(

60km/h), the display will show all information
detected, and there is no voice broadcast. If the
driving speed is higher than 60km/h
(>60km/h), the display will show all information
detected and meanwhile voice broadcast is used)

Selection Range: 0 km/h---70km/h (the default
value is 50km/h)
