5. Connections
Wires are connected with two rows of 23 terminals (see

5.1 Voltage supply

Before connecting the multiplexer, look on the side and
check if the power supply is the same as the connection
value. The power supply will be connected on the terminal
no. 22 and no. 23 (see
picture 1
).
For devices with direct current, terminal no. 22 is positive
and terminal no. 23 is neutral.
24V DC to be provided by a suitably rated UL Listed Class
2 power supply.
Caution!
The AC-supply devices are isolated from main. A grounded
connection on the low voltage side is required.
In synchronized operation of multiple devices (master/slave),
we recommend installation using short connecting cables.
5.2 Transmitter (IT...)

Eight infrared transmitters can be connected to one 8-channel
multiplexer. Connect the transmitters as shown in
table 1
.

5.4 Transistor output
The multiplexer has one
transistor output per channel
(connection diagram in
table
3
), switchable as a PNP- or
NPN output. All outputs have
a common plus- (Pin 9) and
ground-connector (Pin 7).
The current capacity is
maximal 100 mA with an
external voltage between
12 V DC and 30 V DC (see
picture 3
).
