INSTRUCTONS TO REPLACE BELTS ON DUAL BLADE ROOF CUTTER

LOOSEN THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER

Step 1       34        1/2”-12 Locknut              1         Idler pulley, inside the belt
                                                              guard

Step 2       69        1/2”-13 nut                 1         Below #42 belt idler mount on
                                                              left side belt guard

Step 3       87        Belt idler bolt             1         Though #42 belt idler mount
                                                              of the left side of belt guard

Step 4       36          7/16”-14X1” bolt               1         On inside of belt guard
                                                             fastened to engine

Step 5       91           7/16”-14 nut               4         Mounts engine on frame

Step 6       69        1/2”-13 nut                 3         On #102 belt alignment side
                                                              on left side of main frame

Step 7       108            Belt tightener nut           1         Sticks out of front of main
                                                              frame

REMOVE

Step 8 49 1/2”-13X2 bolt 4 Mounts, main shaft to main
frame

Replace belts, 4 Gates super HC 3VX425 and reinstall and tighten the above in the reverse order.

NOTE: All 4 belts must be replaced as matching sets from one manufacturer.

Belt alignment = within 1/16”
