MACHINE OPERATIONS
WARNING:
Clear the work area of all debris or obstacles that could cause personal injury to the
operator or others.
1. Prepare the area to be cut by sweeping the gravel clear.
2. Position the Duel Blade Roof Cutter where the work is to be started.
3. Place the Duel Blade Roof Cutter in the cutting position and adjust upward until the blade
doesn’t come in contact with roof.
4. Start the machine.
WARNING:
Both blade guards must be down when engine is running.
5. Turn the depth adjuster clockwise until the depth of cut desired is achieved.
WARNING:
Never cut into the roof deck, this machine is designed to cut asphalt felt and
insulation.
6. Gently squeeze the forward handle to propel the machine forward.
7. Adjust speed as needed.
WARNING:
Always disengage cutter from the roof before turning machine, or running in reverse.
Failure to do so could result in damage or injury.
Never leave machine running unattended.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Disconnect sparkplug before working on machine.
Over greasing the main shaft bearings can cause damage to the seals, drastically
reducing bearing life.
- The transaxle is completely self contained. No service is required other than
maintaining cleanliness of the cooling fins.
