Step 4 Separate the rear part of the IR LED unit from the camera
body.

Loosen screw B on the back side of the IR LED unit by rotating the screw once counterclock-
wise using a driver.

Pull out the rear part of the IR LED unit.
Note:
• Do not remove screw B when loosening it.
• Make sure that the lead connecting the IR LED drive board on the rear part of the IR LED unit
and the IR LED board on the front of the unit are not disconnected.

Step 5 Attach the rear part of the IR LED unit to the camera.

Temporarily attach the rear part of the IR LED unit to the front of the camera as shown on the illustra-
tion below.

Attach the connector from the IR LED drive
board to the connector of the camera body.
Note:
• Check that the connector is attached
properly.
