Panel reset function
When a fault trip occurs, the state cannot be reset with the external stop signal. Instead use
"function to reset with the stop SW signal on the operation panel". Note that if the reset lock
out function is used, that function will have the priority. The reset function is also valid.
LOCAL/EXTERNAL FREQUENCY (Parameter P09)
Used to select whether the frequency signal is to be set from the operation panel (local) or
with an input signal (external).
