Tips for cooking rice to perfect softness

Fluorocarbon resin coating (For inner surface)

For both inner and outer surfaces

Do not put kitchen utensils on top (spoons/forks)

Do not mix vinegar in the Inner Pan when making Sushi 

rice.

Wash immediately after cooking if seasoning was used.

Choose good quality rice

• Choose rice that is shiny and 

transparent

• Choose rice with less broken grains 
• Keep it in the cool place
• Use it as soon as possible after 

milling (Use it up within half a month 
in summer time.)

Measure rice accurately

Wash quickly

Stir and loosen the rice

• Measuring rice with other appliances 

may not be accurate.
