3.3.7. Ping Execution

Select "System Tools" and "Ping Execution" to open the screen shown in Figure 3-
57.  On  this  screen,  you  can  check  communications  by  sending  pings  to  other
devices connected to this switch.

Target IP Address

Displays the IP address of the target to which a ping is sent. "0.0.0.0" is the 
factory default setting.

Number of Request Displays the number of times a ping is to be sent. The factory default setting is 

10.

Timeout Value

Displays the timeout time. The factory default setting is 3 seconds.
