11.1.2. Main PCB
Being used in electronic No-frost models. Provides control over
electrical components like compressor, heater, fan motor and
damper motor. Controls the defrost time automatically through
ambiance sensor.
11.1.3. Display
Being used in electronic No-frost models. Refrigerator & freezer
settings, menu & service mode and other settings are being
adjusted with display buttons. All settings can be seen via dis-
play screen.
Possible Main board/display defects:
• Socket connection fault
• Damage on Main board due to high voltage
• Relay contact fault on main board
• Display button fault
• Wavy display screen
11.1.4. Defrost Heater:
Being used to defrost the icing formations.
11.1.5. Thermal fuse:
Being used in all no-frost models and placed on the right side of
fin evap. Defrosting will be terminated by Defrost sensor. In
case of faulty Defrost sensor, thermal fuse will switch off the cir-
cuit at +76
C.
