Fermentation Setting
Fermentation is used for dough ferment, such as the pizza base or bread dough
when making bread.
Notes
1. For best results, use steam function within 3 minutes before fermentation, to raise the humidity of
the cavity, which contributes to ideal fermentation.
2. Oven temperature will change according to the food and room temperature. Please adjust the
fermentation time according to the situation.
