hash browns, wedges,fries etc. Select
Program number 11, tap
Start
pad to
preheat the oven. Spread out potato
products onto Enamel Shelf. After
preheated, place Enamel Shelf in
upper shelf position. Enter the weight
of the frozen potato products. Start
to cook. For best results, cook in a
single layer and turn or stir at beeps.
Note: Potato products vary
considerably. We suggest checking
a few minutes before the end of
cooking to assess level of browning.
This program is not suitable for
galettes, Pom’ Dauphine and Pom’
Noisette.

fresh pastry items e.g. friands,
feuillete tresse etc. Remove all
packaging and place on wire rack on
base of oven. Select program number
12. Enter the weight of the pastry
items. Start to cook. Turn over at
beeps. Transfer the pastry items to a
cooling rack and allow a few minutes
standing time.

on wire rack on base of oven. Select
program number 13. Enter the weight
of the chilled pizza. Start to cook.
This program is not suitable for deep
pan pizzas or very thin pizzas such
as Flammekueche.
