1.2. Weight Sensor
Sense by inertia movement on pulsator which create changes at the capacitor terminals which
give a wave signal. This wave is change to number of frequency and load weight is judge by this
number of pulse.
For normal course, strong course before weight, process start without water, the pulsator will
turn for 4.2 sec. (left and right) (0.3 sec. ON - 0.4 OFF). During motor “OFF” time it will count the
number of edges on the pulse and judgement is base on the total accumulation. But, if water in
the tub is more than reset level, the water level indication will always go to “High”.
1.3. Fuzzy sensor control
Control system based on fuzzy logic detects the amount of laundry and indicates the proper
water level and recommended amount of detergent.
