If the battery status indicator lamp does not go out even though the
battery is charged for 5 hours or more, then since the device can be
considered to be defective, consult the retailer where it was
purchased.

Unplug the plug from the main unit, and reinsert it

are high or low?

Charge it in places where the room temperatures are 5 °C to 35 °C

The operating times are
short even when it is
charged up

Even if the battery level indicator lamp (blue) is pulsating, it might not be
charged. (It is inoperable)
If the battery temperature is high, such as immediately after it has been
operated, it will not be charged even if the battery level indicator lamp
(blue) is pulsating since it automatically goes into standby for charging
until a temperature suitable for charging is reached.
