Hose Swivel
2.9.1.
Removal
1. Wrap a cloth around hose adapter to protect from scuff-
ing/scratching.
2. Place the swivel in a vise.
3. Top of the hose adapter should extend 3/8-inch to 1/2-
inch above the top of the vise jaws.
4. Tighten the vise until there is approximately 1/8-inch gap
between the hose adapter and the hose swivel.
5. Place one hand on the end of the hose swivel and pull up.
6. Remove the hose wires from the retainers on swivel and
unplug swivel wire from hose.
7. Remove hose from swivel.
2.9.2.
Reinstallation
1. Be sure hose adapter is in place on hose first.
2. Plug swivel wires to the same color hose wires (blue wire
to blue wire, white to white, yellow to yellow). Press
swivel wires into retainer slots. Refer to wiring diagram.
3. Push hose into place on swivel and press each of the
hose wires into retainer slots on swivel.
4. Line up locating the mark or the center of the word “TO”
on hose adapter with the top hose clip. Pull the hose
adapter toward the swivel until it snaps into place.
