Description
Allows the System Administrator or System Manager to clear a subscriber password (so that a new
one can be assigned).

Description
Allows the System Administrator to record the following prompts:
a)
Group names (can be recorded when creating Extension Groups, Group Distribution Lists, etc.)
b)
Names of callers (System Caller Name Announcement)
c)
System Guidance
d)
Custom Service Menu
e)
Company Name
f)
Company Greetings
g)
Language Selection Menu
h)
On Hold Announcement Menu
All items other than b) can be recorded through the "Utility" menu in KX-TVA Maintenance Console,
and can also be recorded with a telephone by the Message Manager.
There are 2 ways to add or change prompts: by recording them through a telephone, or by importing
as WAV files. When recording using a telephone, the extension number of the telephone to be used
for recording must first be specified, then the System Administrator can start and stop recording using
the PC.
