2.3.17 Mailbox Capacity Warning
Description
Allows the VPS to alert subscribers when recording time for their mailboxes is running low. The
warning announcement will be heard at the beginning of Subscriber's Service.
Conditions
• The warning threshold (in minutes) is determined by Class of Service (COS). If the setting is
longer than the Mailbox Capacity Maximum Message Time, this feature is not available.

2.3.18 Message Transfer
Description
Allows the subscriber to transfer messages to other mailboxes after listening to them. The subscriber
can also add a personal comment at the beginning of the message before transferring it. One or more
individual mailboxes can be specified for message transfer. Messages can also be transferred using
either the System or Personal Group Distribution Lists.
