Battery recharge
Power failure
The message indicator
on the handset flashes
slowly.

New messages have been recorded. Listen to the new
messages (page 59) or turn the message alert off (page
65).
When you play back

answering system, the
base unit and handset
announce the day and
time incorrectly.

of a power failure. We recommend connecting a
