Using the Directory
You can store up to 90 names and phone numbers in the directory using
the handset. All directory items are sorted by the first word in alphabetical
order. Using the directory, you can make a call by selecting a name on
the handset or base unit display.
Call group feature (Dual-Colour Visual Ringer):
You can distinguish certain callers from others by the ringer pattern, the
colour of the display backlight and the ringer/charge indicator light when a
call is received. Turn the call group feature on for required items (for
example, for family). When a Call Display call is received from those
callers, the handset and the base unit will ring with a different ringer
pattern, the handset and base unit displays will light in orange and the
ringer/charge indicator will flash in orange from the 2nd ring. If you have a
maximum of 50 callers’ names and numbers stored in the the Caller List,
and more than 30 names and numbers stored in the directory, the ringer
pattern may change, the colour of the display backlight may change and
the ringer/charge indicator may flash in orange from the 3rd ring.
