You are using the handset or base unit in an area
with high electrical interference. Re-position the
base unit and use the handset away from sources of
interference.

Move closer to the base unit.

If you use a DSL/ADSL (JetStream) service, we
recommend that you contact your DSL/ADSL
service provider to have a DSL/ADSL Splitter
installed. We do not recommend the use of generic
DSL/ADSL filters. Contact your DSL/ADSL service
provider for details.

Unplug the base unit’s AC adaptor to reset the unit
and turn off the handset. Reconnect the adaptor, turn
on the handset and try again.
The handset does not ring.

The ringer volume is turned off. Adjust ringer volume
(page 14).
