Clearing the Feature Settings at Your Extension
(Station Programme Clear)
You can clear the following features which have been set on your phone. If you change desks, and
notice settings which a previous owner left on the line, you can clear these features.
•
Calling to a Pre-set Party by Going Off-Hook (Pickup Dialling): The stored number will be
cleared.
•
Leaving a Message Waiting Indication (Message Waiting): All messages will be removed.
•
Forwarding Your Calls (Call Forwarding)
•
Showing an Absent Message on the Caller's Telephone Display (Absent Message Capability)
•
Leaving a Call Distribution Group (Log-In/Log-out)
•
Calling Using the Call Log (Incoming Call Log)
•
Setting the Alarm (Timed Reminder)
•
Refusing Incoming Calls (Do Not Disturb [DND])
•
Receiving a Call Waiting (Call Waiting / Off-Hook Call Announcement [OHCA] / Whisper
OHCA)
•
Denying Other People the Possibility of Picking up Your Calls (Call Pickup Deny)
•
Denying Other People the Possibility of Joining Your Conversation (Executive Busy Override
Deny)
•
Turning on the Background Music
•
Protecting Your Line against Indication Tones (Data Line Security)
•
Setting the Parallel Connected Telephone Ringer (Parallelled Telephone): The single line
telephone will not ring.
