To confirm the room number unanswered timed reminder alert
To call back the unanswered room
•
A voice message can be recorded by the operator if required. (Refer to 3.2.3
•
The alarm rings three times (30 seconds each) in a sixty seconds interval (Default).
•
An Alert button can be assigned on the operater 1's telephone only.
•
The detailed timed reminder information is recorded and printed out automatically by SMDR
when the timed reminder starts and is not answered.
•
If the daily alarm is set, the display shows "*" in the corner.
Customising Your Phone
•
Create or re-arrange an Alert button.

Press “CLR” to clear.

Press “MENU” to exit.

Press Alert to go to
the next unanswered extension.
