2.4.2 Talking to Two Parties Alternately (Call Splitting)
If a new call comes in on your extension when you are engaged in the call, you can answer the new
call without losing the current call. Then you can talk to either one of two parties alternately while
putting the other on hold.
PT
If another call (outside / intercom) comes in, when you are engaged in a call (outside / intercom);
Press TRANSFER
or HOLD.
OR
Press CO, INTERCOM, PDN or SDN.

If another intercom call comes in, when you are
engaged in an intercom call;
( ICM / CO type PT only )
Press switchhook.
