Viewing the Caller List
You can view the caller list of each handset which has received calls. Caller List information includes
the caller’s phone number, the date and time the call was received. If a call is received with the private
name display function (p. 54), the caller’s name will be shown.
To confirm who has called you, follow the steps below.
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 13) and the unit is in the standby mode.

Using the Caller List

Caller ID
” is at the arrow,
press

The most recent caller’s information is
displayed.
•
If “
No Stored Memory
” is displayed in
step 2, the Caller List is empty. The display will
return to the standby mode.

To search from the most recent call,
press
.
To search from the oldest call,
press
.

To scroll between callers, press

To exit the list, press
.

The handset will return to the standby
mode.
Ex. The caller’s name and number are stored
in the phonebook.
When viewing long telephone numbers:
If an arrow (
) is displayed after the number,
the whole telephone number has not been
shown. Press
to see the remaining
numbers.

After viewing the caller list, the new call
counter on the display goes to blank.
•
When disconnecting the AC adaptor from the
base unit, all entries of the Caller List will be
erased.
