Private category feature:
If you receive a call from one of the phone numbers assigned to one of 9 categories in the
phonebook;
—the handset will ring with the selected ringer type,
—the handset display will light in the color of each category.
You can then distinguish the caller from others easily. To use this feature, store items in the
phonebook and assign private category to items (p. 41).
When receiving a call, the calling party’s information through ISDN will be shown on the handset
display.
The unit can record information of up to 50 different callers in the Caller List. The Caller List
information is sorted by the most recent to the oldest call. When the 51st call is received, the first call
is deleted.
Using the list, you can automatically call back a caller. You can store the caller’s names and numbers
from the Caller List into the phonebook.
When the second call is received while talking, the new phone number will be displayed (p. 86).
•
If your ISDN service provider does not support Caller ID, you cannot use the Caller ID features.
