9.6.1
Automated Attendant [6-1]
Direct Inward System Access (DISA) Automated Attendant (AA) service allows a caller to dial a single-digit
number (DISA AA number) and be connected to the desired party automatically. A maximum of 10
destinations that can be called by dialing a DISA AA number (0–9) can be programmed. The DISA AA
Service supports up to 3 levels of DISA outgoing messages (OGMs).
DISA Incoming Call Dial Mode
Selects the destination of an incoming outside (CO) line call via the DISA feature. If

is not selected in
