3.2.7 Extension Names/Number
The administrator and PA users with administrative privileges may assign names and numbers to extensions.
It is also possible to assign and edit various settings for each extension.

Extension Names/Number

Menu
frame. The following information appears.

Extension Number:
Specifies the extension number of the extension. Max. 5 digits.

Extension Name:
Specifies the name of the extension. Max. 20 characters.

[Edit]:
Changes the Extension Name.

[Extension Setting]:
Configures the extension settings for the extension.
E
[Flexible Key]:
Assigns flexible CO buttons.
F
[Extension PIN]:
Changes the PIN code for the extension.
