Cooking small cuts of meat by Grill or
Combination (NN-GD569/NN-GD559)
Place food on the wire rack. Place the wire rack
on the turntable. Use a heatproof dish to catch
grease/drips.
For larger pieces or pieces of meat that will not
fit without touching the roof or catching on the
grill, place in a heatproof dish on turntable. The
grilling action will still brown the food, but may
take slightly longer.

REMEMBER to use Chicken pieces Auto
program when you need to cook chicken or
duck pieces, or drumsticks.
Poultry auto program (whole or piece):
These programs are suitable for chiken, duck
or guinea fowl. They are not suitable for
chicken fillets, turkey or goose meat. The dish
with chicken pieces should be placed on the
wire rack. Turn the pieces or the whole poultry
at beep sounds. Rest in the oven at end of
roasting (up to 10-12 minutes for a poultry of 2
kg and above).
